Transportation
Bellevue School District provides free transportation for students who reside within their school attendance area but outside their school’s no transportation zone. We also provide transportation for some additional programs and choice schools (Advanced Learning, Puesta del Sol, Jing Mei, etc).
All schools have a no transportation zone (1 mile walk path for elementary schools, 1 radial mile for middle school and high school). Please keep in mind that the no transportation zone does not account for terrain or roads. Middle/high school students may end up walking one mile to school.
High school and Choice school students are transported by King County Metro.
We love our bus drivers! Hear from one of our drivers on how they start their day!
Join a friendly team of professionals and become a Bellevue School District bus driver! Make a difference in the lives of our students and families!
